POSTAGE:
Little Explorers delivers Australia wide and overseas using Australia Post and TNT Couriers.
Express Post: Within Australia we send parcels under 3 kilos by Express Post so they can be tracked. We have found that this is the most reliable and quickest method of delivery. Parcels sent by Express Post will be delivered within 2 business days after dispatch (depending on location). Most parcels will be delivered within 1 business day.
International Post: Please email us prior to placing your order, so we can provide you with accurate shipping costs.

Shipping costs are shown at the checkout. You can proceed to this stage to find out costs before confirming your order. Large items are measured on cubic weight and may incur an extra fee. If an extra fee is payable we will contact you to confirm payment before your order is dispatched. You can then change or cancel your order if required.
We now have FREE shipping within Australia if you spend over $150.00.
DELIVERY:
Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment receipt. If there are any delays due to out of stock products Little Explorers will notify you as soon as possible and you have the option of changing or canceling your order.
Little Explorers can wrap and send gifts directly to a recipient on your behalf. Please ensure that the recipients address and billing address is clearly noted in your order.

Paying online is quick and secure. To ensure your details remain confidential we use Paypal, who use a server using 128bit SSL Security or higher.
CHEQUE:
Payment by cheque or money order.

Where a payment is made by cheque, goods will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.

Please be aware that payments via cheque or direct deposit which are not received within 14 days (7 days for purchase of sale items) from the date of order will be cancelled.
PRICING
Little Explorers’ prices are inclusive of GST, and are in Australian Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion. We trade in Australian dollars only.
We accept orders from Australia and internationally. International orders are not subject to tax, so all prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas.
GIFT SERVICE
Please note that gift wrapping incurs an additional charge.
Online shopping is perfect for gift-giving, as your gift can be sent directly to the person. To do this, simply specify a different delivery address from your billing address at the checkout and you can enter a personal message for the card.
For an additional cost of $5.00 we will gift wrap your present and include a card.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Little Explorers checks all products before they are dispatched but in the rare event that a fault or damage to your purchase is overlooked, Little Explorers will happily exchange or refund your purchase (but not the shipping costs) providing it is returned in original packaging, unworn and unwashed and with tags attached. Please notify Little Explorers within 7 days of purchase should your items be damaged or otherwise faulty.
Little Explorers understands that shopping online is different to shopping in a store and you don’t always know what you are buying. We want you to be happy with your purchase and we pride ourselves in only choosing quality products but if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods and we refund or exchange. Unfortunately, return postage costs are not refundable.
Please note for exchanges, a prepaid envelope/satchel needs to be included for the replace item to be sent out and exchanges need to be complete within 28 days of original purchase date.
If an item should arrive damaged, or not at all, please contact us straight away. Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility but we may be able to help in some way. The risk of loss/damage passes to you upon our delivery to Australia Post however we do consider any damage to goods on a case-by-case basis.

We guarantee to never disclose, sell, rent or exchange your personal details to any third party for any reason, unless required by law. We only collect details that are necessary to process your order.
